Taking steps toward a simpler life, where we do what matters most.

A Zoom Book Study & Discussion Group

  • Do you feel stretched too thin?

  • Do you feel both busy and unproductive?

  • Do you feel like like is your time gets hijacked by other people and external demands?

  • Do you long for a simpler life that is more aligned with your deep values?

In this online group, we will explore what it means to identify and live out the most essential version of our life.

We will identify the steps toward a simpler, more centered life, as we explore, eliminate, and execute our way to embracing Essentialism.

We will be guided by the Essentialism book and by themes from the ancient Tao Te Ching.

The 4 Sessions will be based on the 4 Parts of Greg McKeown’s book, Essentialism:

    • The Tao theme of letting go

  • Sep 18 - Execute: How can we make doing the few things almost effortless
