A life-altering spirituality is more simple and accessible than you think.
This 7-month small group focuses on 7 spiritual pathways that lead us to

Starting December 13th, 2024
The application deadline is December 2nd, 2024
The Sacred Journeys Groups
Spirituality is a life-long journey that impacts our moment-to-moment lives. It enlivens us in the best of times, and guides and supports us when times are hard. A life-altering spirituality doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t have to be only reserved for saints.
This course will immerse you in a map that leads you through 7 sacred journeys. Each journey is illuminated by:
An online learning platform with materials that help participants prepare for the contents and practices associated with each Sacred Journey
1 image that symbolizes each stage
3 core concepts that define what’s unique to the stage
3 steps that support moving through the stage
1 practice to anchor the learning
A Homecoming that indicates successful navigation of that stage of the journey.
As we practice and internalize these 7 pathways, we naturally experience more peace, power, and purpose in our lives.
By the end of the 7 sessions, you will have 21 concepts, 21 steps, and 7 practices that clearly define what it means to live in a spiritually aligned way.
The Three Statements Process: Identity, Invocation & Intention
Each participant will be guided throughout the process by three statements that seek to deepen one’s sense of identity, one’s connection with Spirit, and one’s intention for daily living. These brief statements will be revisited, and, if helpful, revised along the way. As heart-centered guideposts, they serve to ground us in a spiritual life-orientation. And, they help us discern with self-compassion a way of being and doing that aligns with our soul-self.
The Identity Statement: This statement captures who you know yourself to be on the deepest and truest level. It is an "I am" statement that reflects your true nature.
The Invitation: This statement summons a higher power, divine companion, saint, etc. to be present and offer guidance. I think of this spiritual invitation as opening a vertical channel of support and direction.
The Intention: This statement clarifies who you want to be, how you want to be in the world, and/or what you want to offer to the world. I think of personal intentions as a compass for guiding our horizontal, life-on-this-planet, way of being.
