Finally, we’ll look at three simple spiritual practices to help us shift into Presence in the midst of our busy, challenging lives.
This Enneagram journey takes us to a harmonized self that balances body, heart and mind. From this place of balance, we are able to live out the gifts of all 9 types. It is the journey to our Essential self where we access the resources of peace, purpose, power, and possibility in the midst of increasingly challenging times.
