The 4 Sessions will be based on the 4 Parts of Greg McKeown’s book, Essentialism:

  • July 31 - Essence: What’s the core mind-set of an Essentialist?

    • The Tao theme of true nature

  • Aug 14 - Explore: How can we discern the trivial many from the vital few?

    • The Tao theme of simplicity

  • Aug 28 - Eliminate: How can we cut out the trivial many?

    • The Tao theme of letting go

  • Sep 18 - Execute: How can we make doing the few things almost effortless

    • The Tao theme of Wu Wei - Effortless effort

We will meet together for 4 Zoom sessions:

  • July 31, August 14 & 28, and September 18 (note these are every two weeks with the exception of the last session which is 3 weeks later)
